This is comparing December 2018 to December 2019. The number of houses sold continues to increase with a drastic 25% increase over the prior year. The average price of a house stayed the same with only a 1% decrease. The days on the market continue to be similar to this time last year. The number of new listings did increase in 2019 compared to 2018. This is still a seller's market with just under two months of inventory available.
The average sales price for the central Florida area are as follows:
Poinciana - $209,647
Kissimmee - $259,598
Saint Cloud - $280,156
Davenport - $253,895
Orlando - $307,303
