I have been in sales all my life and I have realized there are a lot of people that care about a dollar over people’s needs. The value of a dollar is not necessarily tied to what you receive but what you save. I love talking to others about their dreams and what they want because sometimes it is easy to put myself in their shoes and get excited for them to realize some of those dreams. I know this is a job and I want to make money to survive but I am also here to help you start unlocking those dreams that you have. I have spent the last twenty plus years in customer service.  My goal has always been to answer the unasked questions.  This way clients get what they need and understand the process they are handling.  While Peter is the face of the partnership, I like to think of myself as the person in the background making sure all the needs are taken care of.  I pride myself in being ready for every situation that may come and having at my fingertips what is needed for those situations.  It makes me happy when I can pull out of my Mary Poppins’ bag whatever may be needed at any given moment, whether that is an information sheet, a blog with tips on how to handle a certain situation, a trusted vendor partner to meet a client’s needs, or a touch base phone call with a client answering their concerns before they even knew it was concerned.  I also don’t view people as clients, but lifelong friends and truly enjoy working with people.

I have worked in Customer Service and management for 40 years.  I managed a department of customer service representatives and data entry clerks for a publishing company during this time.   I co-developed training programs, procedures and systems to enhance my staff’s ability to provide outstanding customer service.   I handled the business side of our family landscape business for 30 years as well, handling the flow of paperwork, scheduling, payroll, and day to day transactions.  I feel it is important to stay organized and on top of things for my customers.  I love the challenge of finding a solution to a problem.  I strive to develop relationships with my customers to help them feel confident they are getting resolutions.  I want my customers to walk away having the best experience they have ever had.

  • Buyer was one of 5 offers given the first day on the market and by listening to our advice, their contract was strong enough to be chosen as best.

  • Buyer lives in New York and was looking to buy their first home.  They couldn't travel to the area, so we provided them with video tours of their options.  They bought the property sight unseen, but love it.

  • Seller lives outside of state and wanted to sell their second home.  It had been rented and needed repairs and deep cleaning.  We made arrangements with local companies to clean up the place and offered our own time to make sure the house was listing ready.  It was listed and under contract in only a few days.

  • Buyer had been looking at over 100 houses with another agent.  They called us frustrated and after going out just a couple of times with us they found the home they wanted to buy and bought it.

  • Seller listed their home with another agent.  It received a contract but after multiple delays the contract didn't close.  They called us frustrated.  We listed the house and within one day had an offer above asking price.  It closed in less than one month.

  • Buyer was looking for an investment property.  Within one hour of the house being listed we showed them the property and within a few hours they were under contract.

  • Seller needed to move out of state and had to sell during the pandemic.  During statewide shelter in place order the house was listed and under contract within a few days.

  • Buyer had been looking at an area on the other side of town over an hour from where we live.  Everyone had just gotten home from a day of looking at possible houses.  A new house came on the market that was exactly what they wanted.  We hopped back in our car after being home less than an hour, drove over an hour to get to the newly listed house, showed the buyer the house and it truly was exactly what they wanted. They wrote an offer and got it.
